How to add new products to my catalog?
When you have new products to add, start by exporting your current Product Catalog. Following the same format, add the new products to the bottom of the list and disinguish them from the current by either highlighting them or labeling them as “New” in a column to the side. Any additional attributes you think might be useful, please include them as well. Save the Excel spreadsheet and send it to our team at
[email protected]. We’ll take it from there. Please note: If you have a new line of products that aren’t shipped or being listed by online merchants we won’t be able to return any data since there’s nothing to track. It’s best to hold off on uploading those items until they’ve been shipped and/or are showing up online.
