How should I handle promotions?

Promotions can be added in manually per product or through a JIRA ticket, we can also turn off enforcement for the period of time if it is across the whole catalog.

Can I reset a violators violation level?

To reset a seller’s Violation Level, start by accessing their Merchant Profile page. Once inside of their profile, select the third tab across the top labeled Violations. The first box under the Overview section will show that particular seller’s Violation Level. Click the green hyperlink button that says Change. From there a popup will appear and you can change the seller’s Violation Level to any of the levels your brand allows. Leave a note advising why the change was made and then click Save Changes.

How to receive BCC's for all notices? Also for specific merchants?

Inside of Enforcement Settings you can add certain contacts for BCC, you can go to a merchant profile to specifically add in BCC’s for unique clients.

How to check if your SMTP is Active

Inside the client account by going to Enforcement then SMTP Settings, there it will say Active or Inactive. You can also do a test email to make sure.

Reporting inacuraccies in the platform- for Tinas team

Innacuracies can be reported in the “All Violations” section under the “Actions” tab, you’ll want to make sure you are specific as to why the violation is inaccurate.
