How to add new products to my catalog?

When you have new products to add, start by exporting your current Product Catalog. Following the same format, add the new products to the bottom of the list and disinguish them from the current by either highlighting them or labeling them as “New” in a column to the side. Any additional attributes you think might be useful, please include them as well. Save the Excel spreadsheet and send it to our team at [email protected]. We’ll take it from there. Please note: If you have a new line of products that aren’t shipped or being listed by online merchants we won’t be able to return any data since there’s nothing to track. It’s best to hold off on uploading those items until they’ve been shipped and/or are showing up online.

How to add/ or remove an ASIN to a product (and eBay)

If you find an Amazon or eBay listing we are not tracking, you can manually add the ASIN or eBay item number. Start by finding the product inside of your Product Catalog and click on that product title. Choose the appropriate tab: Amazon or eBay, copy/paste the ASIN/Identification Number into the box, make sure the Intent is set to Crawl, and then hit save. If you notice we are crawling an incorrect listing, you can block that corresponding ASIN/Identification Number by finding it in the product information, selecting Block, and then hitting save.

How to turn tracking/enforcing ON/OFF for products?

To turn Tracking and/or Enforcing for a product, start by locating the product inside of your Product Catalog. Under the Track and Enforce columns, there will be either a green check mark or a red x. A green check means yes that product is being tracked or yes it is being enforced and a red x means no that product is not being tracked or not being enforced. By simply clicking these icons, you will change them to the opposite.

What are the different ways to handle a MAP promo event?

There are two main ways to handle promotions in your Product Catalog. The first way is to stop enforcement either on the product level or system wide. The second way is to change the pricing on your products at the start of the promo and then revert them back at the end of the promo. Please visit our help center article for more details on each option.

What is Archiving and how do I do it?

Archiving is a way of removing a product from your TrackStreet catalog. To Archive a product, find the product inside of your product catalog. Locate the Actions column on the far right side, click the three dots, and then select Arcive. When you do this, it removes the product from tracking and enforcing.

How to upload new pricing to my product catalog? Or change pricing per product?

If you would like to change the pricing on a specific product, start by locating the product inside of your Product Catalog. Under the Actions column, click on the three dots, then select Edit. Once inside the Edit Product page, you can change MAP, Retail, as well as Wholesale Price. Be sure to click Save Changes once done. The new pricing will reflect in your Product Catalog and will be tracked on the next crawl. If you would like to update the pricing for your entire Product Catalog, or a large number of products, start by exporting your Product Catalog using the export option in the upper right corner. Create a new column labed “New MAP” or something similar, fill out that column, and then send the saved excel spreadsheet to [email protected].
