Inside of your Review Tracking Dashboard if you scroll towards the bottom, you will see questions without answers. If you click on the question, and then click on it again, it will take you to the website where you can answer the question directly.

Ranking show in TS is an average while Amazon uses their own algo to calcuate Rankings

Set the filters in the product review report and hit search, then you can set a scheduled report based on those filters

Reviews are direct feedback from customers after they have bought a product, Q&A are questions about the product for potential buyers.
